Terms & Conditions

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time based on material costs, production requirements and market conditions.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

We love running promotions and special offers — but they do come with boundaries.

• Aussie Play reserves the right to run, pause or end any promotion, sale or competition at any time.
• Promotional pricing only applies during the advertised promotional period.
• Customers cannot request a promotional price for orders placed before or after the promotion period.
• Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Every Aussie Play product is manufactured in Sydney using high-quality materials and local craftsmanship.

Lead times vary depending on the product category and will be communicated at checkout or via your order confirmation.

We ship Australia-wide.

5.1  Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free shipping on orders totalling $5,000 or more, with the following exception:

• Rural and remote areas may incur additional freight charges.
• Freight to rural locations must be quoted individually.
• Please contact our office for a personalised freight quote before placing your order.

5.2  Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary based on product type, production schedules and your location.

We’ll always keep you updated and provide tracking where available.

We understand that plans change — but because our products are made to order, cancellations do incur costs.

6.1  Cancellation Within 3 Weeks of Ordering

If you cancel your order within 3 weeks of placing it, we will refund your payment minus:

• Any production costs already incurred
• Bank or payment processing fees
• Administration costs

A cancellation fee of 5–10% of the order amount may apply depending on the stage of production.

6.2  Cancellation After Production Has Begun

If production has progressed significantly, additional charges may apply to cover materials, labour and custom components.

7.1  Change of Mind Requests

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Because Aussie Play products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted, but we will always review your request with care and fairness.

Where a return is approved at our discretion, we will issue either a refund or a credit note for the amount paid, provided the item is returned in its original, unused, saleable condition within 7 days of the request.

7.2  Return Costs

All change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost.

If you would like us to arrange a collection, a Return Freight & Handling Charge of 20% of the invoiced value will apply.

7.3  Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns for the following:

• Made-to-order or customised items (this includes the majority of Aussie Play products)
• Items that have been used, assembled or removed from their original packaging
• Goods not returned in saleable condition
• Furniture or bulky items

We reserve the right to reasonably decline a change-of-mind return request.

7.4  Delivery Charges

Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Your Aussie Play equipment is covered by our manufacturer’s warranty:

• 10-Year Structural Warranty on Pods and Poddler aluminium frames
• 5-Year Structural Warranty on Play Frame aluminium tubes
• 1-Year Warranty on fixings, fasteners and finishes

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• Photos or videos of the issue
• A description of what’s happened

We’ll assess the claim and work with you to repair or replace the affected component in line with ACL requirements.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

This includes your entitlement to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or replaces your ACL rights.

All Aussie Play designs, images, product names, branding and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.

We do our best to keep product information, images and specifications accurate.

However, colours, materials or minor details may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or screen displays.

Aussie Play is not liable for:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation
• Misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by environmental factors (e.g. floods, hurricanes, tsunamis or other natural disasters, weather, moisture, UV exposure)
