10‑Year Structural Warranty – Pods and Poddlers Covers structural defects such as weld failures or issues with the aluminium frames.

5‑Year Structural Warranty – Aluminium Play Frames Covers structural defects such as weld failures or issues with the aluminium tubes.

1‑Year Warranty – Fixings, Fasteners & Finishes Covers faulty materials or workmanship on components such as timber slats, screws, bolts, rivets, rope, canvas, rubber feet, cleats, Velcro, plastic board and powder‑coat finishes.

If something isn’t performing as it should, we’ll work with you to make it right - whether that means repairing or replacing the affected component.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Parts secured with screws, nuts, bolts or rivets

• Cosmetic or aesthetic damage

• Damage caused by incorrect use or use outside the product’s intended purpose

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply, including your entitlement to a repair, replacement or refund for major failures.
